Guilt: A Love Story

"One of my favorite comedians" - Bill Maher

"A stellar story-teller - it delivers an unexpectedly lovely & life affirming wallop" - NY Daily News

Actor & Comedian John Fugelsang, in a tragicomic monologue nominated for the Drama League's "Distinguished Performance" Award, takes audiences on a hilariously twisted & painfully true journey THE NEW YORKER calls "A knock-em dead story."

Years ago, John's parents - a Catholic Nun & Franciscan Brother - broke their vows and married. Now, with his father's health failing, John's mom makes a bizarre request that leads to a Comedy of Terrors featuring Celebrity White-Supremacists, Homeland Security disasters, very bad behavior & unexpected miracles.

Guilt: A Love Story was originally directed by Obie Award-winner Pam MacKinnon & premiered off-Broadway at New York Theatre Workshop under the title 'All The Wrong Reasons.' It's a comedy-drama-suspense-romance, and a solo show for people who hate solo shows that NYTheatre.Com calls 'Gloriously entertaining, riotous and inspirational - a joyous surprise!'
